If you want to make your presence felt in the automotive aftermarket, you go big at one of the major car shows.
That's exactly what the country's premier online automotive parts store PartsPro.PH did by bringing a unique trio of custom vehicles to a show, and at the 2018 Manila Auto Salon, no less.
The first vehicle they displayed was the Type ONE (Spoon Sports) spec Honda Civic EG. The car may have been designed to be the perfect grocery getter, but that didn't mean it couldn't be the perfect race car.
The Civic featured a JDB B18C Type R motor, with parts from Spoon Sports like the LSD, Tsukuba spec gears, valve cover, carbon fiber hood, SW388 wheels, headers, strut bars, brakes, carbon kevlar seats and aero parts.
The second PartsPro.PH vehicle was a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII that has been modified to “sleeper” standards as most of the modifications the gurus at PartsPro.PH did were not about making it look fast, but go fast.
An Apexi turbo kit provides boost with the help of an HKS intercooler, a Motec M800 ECU, and a Tomei exhaust. This Evo run with Ohlins Road and Track coilovers while AP Racing big brakes and Brembos can be seen through the Volk Racing CE28 wheels front and back, respectively. The only obvious changes that can be seen include the Defi gauges, the Cusco roll cage, and Bride Low Max seats.
The final PartsPro.PH car at the Manila Auto Salon was an Aston Martin N430 Vantage. The Vantage is already an exceptional automobile, more so for the N430 version. But PartsPro.PH chose to make a few, very tasteful changes.
The first change was the installation of a special, limited set of 19-inch Flow Forged wheels from PartsPro.PH. Finished in Electrum Gold, these wheels are only 1 set out of a maximum of 13 produced for PartsPro.PH. The N430 also comes with a set of KW V3 coilovers and Porterfield R4 carbon kevlar brake pads instead of the stock set.
