We've already seen the all-new Corolla in both hatchback form and as a wagon. While both body styles are stylish and good-looking in their own rights, we have yet to see the next-gen Corolla with four doors and a trunk.

Thankfully we don't have to wait any longer as Toyota is set to debut the new Corolla Sedan at the 2018 Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition. It will officially make its public debut on November 16 alongside the China-only Levin at the annual motor show.

While we have yet to see what it will look like in the metal, Toyota did release a teaser image of the sedan that is accompanied by the wagon and hatchback models. Based on the image provided, the Corolla Sedan may have a long hood, short deck design reminescent of sporty coupes and sleek fastbacks.

As for the sedan's looks, it will more than likely feature the same stylish appearance as the five-door hatchback and wagon. This means the sedan may come with aggressive LED headlights, huge front grill and bumper, distinctly-designed taillights and sporty interior.

As for what's under the hood, the Corolla Sedan may also get the same engine choices as the previous body styles. Upon its reveal, the Corolla Sedan could come with three engine choices. First up is a 1.2-liter four-cylinder turbo that puts out 116 PS. What is more likely to be introduced in the Philippines is a 1.6-liter engine, which was mentioned in the press brief from Toyota Ireland. Moving up the range is a 1.8-liter inline-four that generates 122 PS. Finally, there's the top-of-the-range 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that puts out 180 PS. Hybrid powertrains are also likely to be available given Toyota's commitment to reduce carbon emissions and improve fuel economy for all their cars.
