The new local distributor for GAZelle, a Russian automotive brand specializing in commercial vehicles, has announced a rather interesting solution for the servicing needs of their vehicles.
Instead of going through the costly and time-consuming process of establishing 3S (sales, spare parts, service) dealerships, Gazelle Motors Corporation, the official distributor of GAZelle of the GAZ Group, has teamed up with Rapide Auto Service Experts and Payless Parts and Car Care Center for their official servicing requirements.
“The partnership with Payless and Rapide assures end-users of our commitment to after-sales support,” said Dr. Fernando L. Martinez, Gazelle Motors Chairman and CEO. “It also gives Gazelle Next customers the flexibility to have their units services in Payless or Rapide’s service centers that are strategically located within Metro Manila.”
Payless and Rapide will initially provide its services to Gazelle Motors end-users in its centers in Libis, Quezon City, Sucat, Paranaque, and MIA Road, Paranaque, and in Taguig and PRC-Makati, respectively. The partnership with Payless and Rapide augments Gazelle Motor’s current capability to service its vehicles, as it is also currently building its own showroom and service centers in Cavite and General Santos, among others.
“As we build our facilities, the partnership with two of the country’s biggest car service center providers enables us to provide quality after sales service to our customers,” Dr. Martinez said.
According to Dr. Martinez, GAZ Group sent their engineers to conduct training for technicians of Gazelle Motors Corporation, Payless, and Rapide.
